General description
New from mid-2008 - it's a little bit bigger than the old Ibiza and comes in stylish 5 door- and sporty looking 3 door bodystyles.
The new 3 door SC 'SportCoupe' is now on sale if you're looking for something a bit more sporty - with the empasis on 'bit'.
This is the first outing of VW Group's small car platform - expect to see it at a VW and Skoda dealer soon.
Things to look for when buying one
The rear 'snake eye' lights on the SC are smart.
Electronic Stability Control is part of a £280 'Dynamics Pack' - it's well worth it.
The good bits
It's rather good really - just not that quick or sporty.
Competitively priced.
It's safe, good looking both inside and out and enjoyable to drive.
The not so good bits
Some might not like the 'creased' look of the exterior.
No diesels available....yet.
